What is the shipping timeframe for new orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your board leaves our facility.

What is your return policy for boards and accessories?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to motorized equipment.

Maintenance is minimal. We recommend rinsing your Fliteboard™ with fresh water after every use, especially in saltwater environments, and checking the propeller for debris.
